CBD capsules are used in the same way as omega 3 capsules. They contain a dose of the CBD oil as described above. Because all capsules contain the same amount of CBD oil, it’s ideal for people who want to take a consistent concentration of CBD. You swallow the capsules after which they go to the stomach. It can take up to 45 minutes for the oil to be absorbed into your system. The advantage of this is that the effects last longer.


Also called topical, is ideal if you have local complaints. The cream is mainly used to relieve muscle pain, cramps, muscle spasms and neck, knee or joint pain. When you apply the CBD cream on the skin, the receptors in that place are activated. Using this is simple because you don’t have to worry about the dosage.


CBD edibles can be found in a variety of shapes and sizes. Because you swallow them, just like the capsules, it takes longer for the effects to become noticeable. But this also keeps the effects working longer. An edible on an empty stomach works faster than if you just ate something. Edibles are a good alternative for people who don’t like the taste of CBD oil.
