These items are used to deliver advertising that is more relevant to you and your interests. They may also be used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Advertising networks usually place them with the website operator's permission.
Personalization
These items allow the website to remember choices you make (such as your user name, language, or the region you are in) and provide enhanced, more personal features. For example, a website may provide you with local weather reports or traffic news by storing data about your current location.

Identification

Why must I always show an ID to be allowed in?

How can I access the coffeeshops of The Grass Company?

If you are 18 or older and live in the Netherlands, you are welcome to visit us. Please bring a valid ID, as without it, you will not be able to enter.

Unfortunately not. We adhere to the rules and only accept official government documents as proof of identity.

Cannabis and the associated products you purchase from us are intended for consumption in your Dutch home or our coffeeshops only. They are not intended for export to another country or your home abroad.

General questions

What exactly is a coffeeshop?

In the Netherlands, it is known as a business that sells cannabis. Often combined with a catering function, these are the only stablishments in the Netherlands that are legally allowed to sell cannabis under strict conditions.

Is cannabis legal in the Netherlands?

No, according to the law, cannabis is still illegal in the Netherlands. But the Netherlands has a so-called tolerance policy. The Dutch government decided in the 1970s to allow the selling of limited quantities of cannabis to consumers. This policy must comply with strict rules.

What should I do if I don't feel well after smoking a joint?

First of all, always make sure you are never alone. Sit down, stay calm, and consume sugars and vitamin C. A fresh orange juice with a few scoops of sugar works wonders. Gresh air can also help. Cannabis is an emotional enhancer. So try to recover calmly, and things will turn out fine.
